4. Pricing and Payment

Fees for services, digital products, and merchandise are listed on cyberlearn.biz. Payment is due at the time of registration or purchase. We accept payment via bank card or other electronic methods as noted at checkout.

5. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable study guides, recorded lectures, and templates. Access to these materials is granted upon full receipt of payment.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise refers to physical items such as books, apparel, and promotional materials. Delivery estimates are provided at the time of purchase and may vary by location.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

You may request a refund for live workshops and on-demand courses within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content or attended official sessions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to CyberLearn. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to another date or participant, subject to availability.

One-on-one mentoring sessions are non-refundable due to the allocation of dedicated instructor time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will accommodate your request based on instructor availability.

7.2 Digital Products

To ensure content integrity, digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we will provide support or issue a refund at our discretion.

7.3 Merchandise

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberLearn is not liable for indirect, special, or incidental losses arising from use of our site or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on cyberlearn.biz. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
